Founder & CEO
Zain got his real estate license straight out of high school and has not stopped building since. At 19, he founded PALADEX Commercial Real Estate and established himself in the Houston market working retail centers, office buildings, industrial assets, and off-market deals across Greater Houston and beyond. He does not move slowly. He identifies opportunity, executes fast, and adjusts on the fly. Every deal is a step toward something bigger.
Beyond brokerage, Zain is the founder of TransactionBuddy.io, a SaaS platform built to modernize how real estate agents manage transactions, documents, and workflows. The vision is simple: build systems that give agents leverage. Whether it is closing a $7M deal or providing solutions for thousands of agents, the mindset is the same.
